Spend with suppliers 2008/09

We are committed to publishing more detail about the payments we make to suppliers. In support of this, we have published details of spending with suppliers for the year April 2008 to March 2009.

This data is additional to, and in advance of, our wider commitment to publish all expenditure over 500.
