Fire and rescue CPA 2005

The Audit Commission completed its Fire and Rescue Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) of all English fire and rescue authorities in July 2005. Fire and Rescue CPA is about helping fire authorities improve the services they deliver for their communities. The assessment provides a baseline measurement that will help fire authorities to focus on improvement.
