Luminus Group - Short notice housing inspection

Customer profile information is being collected as part of the gas servicing arrangements. Residents are asked to complete a form while the service is carried out and the tradesperson collects it. If the resident does not complete the form the details are passed to the Luminus' local neighbourhood warden who will visit to try and get the form completed. Where the information suggests that there are particular needs, contact will be made to discuss and record this. This will be a good way of ensuring comprehensive information is gathered for all residents.
