To drive improved communications with customers, Northwards Housing produced a communications handbook to remind staff about the importance of the way in which letters are written, the dos and don'ts of emails and how to make the best use of publicity. The handbook contains easy to find information about translation services and suggests ‘better’ words to use which will be more easily understood.
