The Stage Three Complaints Panel comprises board directors, residents and staff who are facilitated by an independent consultant. The purpose of the panel is to consider and adjudicate on complaints that reach the final stage of the three stage complaints process. Customers are given the opportunity for personal representation to the panel to discuss their complaint. Lessons learned from the process are recorded and fed back to the service areas. Extensive training was provided to all panel members in the set up period.
