Good practice case studies: Housing

As well as scoring and reporting on housing services, we have identified and promoted positive practice through inspections. Every inspection has looked for examples of positive practice and innovation, creative ways of overcoming barriers and resistance to change, and ways of making better use of resources.

The items included here are examples of positive practice identified by inspectors from April 2006 to March 2011. These items were last reviewed in September 2011.

If you are looking for positive practice in a specific area please use the search facility or the links on the left of the screen. These items are also available in a spreadsheet form. Follow the link on the left to the Good practice compendium.
