Repairs are carried out promptly and to a good standard; annual gas servicing is well managed; and area offices are accessible and have good facilities. Wider issues such as community safety are also given priority. Efforts must be made to involve 'hard to reach' customers; manage complaints more effectively; and raise the standard of empty homes.
