Daventry and District Housing Housing Association is providing a good, two-star housing management service, with excellent prospects for improvement. Positive aspects of the service include the delivery of a major programme to improve tenants’ homes and tackling anti-social behaviour. However, there remains scope to improve the collection of tenant profile information and the engagement of leaseholders.
