The purpose of this current review is to follow up on previous monitoring in May 2006 and January 2007 in order to assess what progress has been made where the Audit Commission has previously identified there needed to be further action. The review also considers the pathfinder's progress in addressing the recommendations made in the Audit Commission's Strategic Review report published in March 2006, and the pathfinder's approach to improving community cohesion through its work.
