This performance review takes a comprehensive look at the performance of Gateway Hull and East Riding over the last year, in developing and delivering its programme across the housing market renewal (HMR) area, using the following themes.

This performance review is informed by our ongoing wok with pathfinders and utilises the same framework and scoring methodology as previous reviews. It is therefore possible to consider the direction of travel that has made over the last year by comparing the current scores against previous ones. In 2008 Gateway was assessed as performing well overall.
