This performance review takes a comprehensive look at the performance of Transform South Yorkshire (TSY) over the last year, using the following themes:

- Delivery and Impact
- Strategic and operational alignment
- Efficiency and effectiveness
It also considers progress in addressing specific areas for improvement that have been identified to help the pathfinder improve its performance, and provide better outcomes for local people.

This performance review is informed by our ongoing wok with pathfinders and utilises the same framework and scoring methodology as previous reviews. It is therefore possible to consider the direction of travel that has made over the last year by comparing the current scores against previous ones. In 2008 TSY performed well overall.
