A1 Housing is now providing customers with a two star, 'good' service, which has 'promising prospects for improvement'.  A1 is led effectively and has made good progress since the last inspection, improving service delivery across the organisation.  Outcomes for customers have improved, particularly where services were previously weak and these are set to improve further.
