Solihull Community Housing (SCH) provides an excellent service with excellent prospects for improvement. It provides good customer service and works well with the Police and local community to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour and to develop a pride in the area. Improvements to homes are well managed and repairs carried out promptly. It offers choice through its lettings scheme and is successful in providing debt advice and reducing homelessness.
