Notting Hill Housing Trust was subject to a short notice inspection in December 2009. We found that responsive repairs, voids and lettings management were handled well for which there was an effective and improving approach to diversity. Tenants are well informed and involved, and complaints are generally well managed. However, performance on Value for Money needs to be further developed especially around benchmarking and making comparison with high performing organisations. Gas servicing is not meeting legal requirements for all its homes.
