The  housing management service provided by Victory Housing Trust is 'fair' with 'promising' prospects for improvement.

On a scale from zero to three stars the Audit Commission inspection team gave the Trust (formerly the North Norfolk Housing Trust) a 'fair' one-star rating.  Although a number of new systems have been introduced, these are as yet too recent to show that results for residents are consistently good.
