Newcastle-under-Lyme’s strategic housing service is fair with excellent prospects for improvement. It has a strong track record of improving all aspects of the service and robust plans for the future. However, it does need to improve arrangements to ensure accessible and fair service delivery, value for money and to make better use of existing housing.
