We have assessed that the London Borough of Sutton provides a good Supporting People programme. There are strengths in the way the programme has been administered. It is given reasonable priority by the Council, with strategies that link, and strong liaison with relevant partnerships including across authorities and with the voluntary sector. The Supporting People team is skilled, motivated, experienced and universally respected.
