The London Borough of Haringey Supporting People programme has a focus on the delivery of service improvements and positive outcomes for service users. There is clear evidence of positive outcomes for service users and there is sound leadership and a good approach to partnership working.  Plans for the programme provide an effective driver for improvement although there are areas that require ongoing improvements.
