Culture KLOE

The Audit Commission has finalised major revisions to its approach to local housing, environment and culture service inspections. The new methodology set out in our document 'Approach to service inspections', will be used for any new service inspections funded by the 2005/06 inspection fee.

The KLOE have been amended. They will apply to all service inspections funded by the 2005/06 fee unless there has been an agreement to use these for inspection carried over from 2004/05.
