This Scheme of Delegation is prepared in accordance with Part 3 of the Commission’s Corporate Governance Framework, which requires the Chief Executive to prepare and maintain a comprehensive Scheme of Delegation for the organisation. This Scheme must be read in conjunction with the Corporate Governance Framework, which reserves certain matters to the Board. The Scheme shall be reviewed annually in conjunction with the review of the Corporate Governance Framework. In this Scheme the term 'Directorate' refers to the central function or functions managed by a Managing Director.
