This Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) Fire and Rescue Service framework sets out how the assessment of fire and rescue services in England will be delivered from April 2009. It should be read in conjunction with the CAA framework document which sets out the broader context of CAA and provides further relevant detail for fire and rescue services.
