2007/08 BVPI Guidance
2007/08 was the last year of collection of the statutory best value performance indicators (BVPIs) and therefore there will be no further updates to this guidance. Details of the latest changes can be found in the full version of the guidance under the heading 'Alterations to Guidance December 2007 (version 1.2)'. The changes made in the July version can still be found under the heading 'Alterations to Guidance July 2007 (version 1.1)'.
2006/07 BVPI Guidance
No official 2006/07 guidance was published by either CLG or the Audit Commission. However, the Audit Commission published a summary showing the changes from 2005/06:

The Comprehensive BVPI guidance provides comprehensive guidance for the collection of the statutory 2005/06 BVPIs. It incorporates the clarifications and amendments issued by CLG since the publication of the 2005/06 guidance in April 2005.
2000/01 to 2004/05 BVPI Guidance
BVPI Guidance for these years was published by the Communities and Local Government (CLG) (external link) after a period of consultation with government departments, local authorities and the Audit Commission.
