As Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) comes into effect, councillors and staff from some of the local public services involved in last year's trials share their views on how CAA will help partnership working and support the improvement of local public services.
Their views, and those of the hundreds who responded to the consultation on CAA, have helped to shape the new assessment system that began on April 1 2009.
