It can be hard to get your head around all of the possibilities - should you use the mean, mode or median? What type of chart will work best? And what on earth is polarity? Or perhaps you always stick to the same analysis and miss the opportunity of mining the data for more.
This guidance is designed to help you make the numbers work. It helps you through the different aspects using simple summaries, uncomplicated explanations and practical examples. You'll find it isn't that complicated after all. And maybe you'll spot some new ways to use numbers too.
