Children and young people
Corporate assessment reports contain a summary of the findings from the joint area review of services for children and young people (JAR) which normally takes place at the same time as the corporate assessment. The JAR assesses the quality of service management and considers the contribution services make to the wellbeing of children and young people, defined in terms of five outcomes: being healthy; staying safe; enjoying and achieving; making a positive contribution; and achieving economic well-being.
