You can contact your council for assistance if you have any general queries about the survey. Please select your council from the following list and the contact details for the nominated lead officer for your council will appear below:

Lost your password?

If you lose or forget the password you set when you initially visited the survey website, you can email it yourself again by following these steps:

  • Enter your login numbers (your LA/board) and school numbers - e.g. 123/4567) on the home page and click on 'Enter survey'.
  • You will be taken to the enter password page - click on 'I've forgotten my password, please email it to me' and the password that you set when you originally logged on will be emailed again to the email address you provided. Please remember to store this in a safe place.
  • If you do not receive this password reminder, it may be that the email address we hold for your school is incorrect. Please email the Commission's school survey helpline for further advice.

Printing out your survey form

Once you are within the online survey (i.e. from the main survey menu page onwards), you are able to print a copy of your survey, including any responses you have made, by clicking on print in the left-hand menu. This will bring up a new window with a printable version of the survey - go to file and then print in order to print it out from your PC.
