Auditors should first seek to resolve technical queries using their own supplier’s technical support service. The relevant technical contacts can then consider whether there is a need to refer issues to ACTS following the Commission’s technical support protocol contained within Appendix 1 of the Standing Guidance.
ACTS will log all queries and aim to respond within three working days (ten working days where there is a need for a more substantial answer or further research).
