CPA 2007 scores

We have produced a national report with analysis of the CPA 2007 scores and a spreadsheet containing the detail of all the scores.

CPA 2006 scores

CPA 2005 scores

The 2005 scores revealed that CPA helped drive improvement in councils. Seventy per cent of councils were assessed as improving 'strongly' or 'well', although ten councils were failing to deliver services of an acceptable standard.

In April 2003, following the application of the Commission's disputed judgement process, Ealing's final CPA category for December 2002 was upgraded from weak to fair. Documents published prior to this date have not been amended.
