PbR National Benchmarker Tutorial

This is the brand new tutorial video for the June 2009 update of the National Benchmarker. It has been completely updated for the release of HRG4 benchmarking and reflects all new functionality in recent releases. The content and order of the video have been revised and the overall length is now much shorter.
